    享受喝粥的日子

    喜欢喝粥,尤其在胃口不好的时候. 自从品尝过广东粥的美味,对粥的钟爱就一发不可收拾. 然后就开始尝试做各种粥,我知道自己会喜欢,他会喜欢,她们也喜欢. 有些是在外面吃过之后回家自己学着做的,有些是凭感觉,就觉得那样做会好吃,于是就做了. 今天的'香菇咸蛋瘦肉粥'就是这样瞎研究出来的. 味道确实很不错,某些说过想当美丽厨娘的人,赶紧学学吧,呵呵~我会陆续添加品种的.

    (1) 香菇咸蛋瘦肉粥

    用料:香菇,瘦肉,咸蛋,生姜,,,生粉,,酱油少许.

    做法: 1.先把粥煮熟,煮熟之后用慢火煲1小时,放姜丝,再用快火煲15分钟左右,边煮边搅动.水要放多点,要不会太稠了.

    2.香菇最好用新鲜的,英国没有新鲜的,今天只能用干的香菇替代,发现味道差一些.放葱油少少许,炒两分钟,加点水,加盐盖上煮3-5分钟,然后盛在碗里.

    3.把瘦肉切成薄薄的小片,加生粉,盐拌好.放一丁点葱油,锅热了之后放下去炒1分钟,刚下锅时加少许酱油,注意,加一丁点就可以了.

    4.咸蛋煮熟,切成小块.注意,咸蛋要买生的自己煮,千万别买超市煮熟的,我的经验是熟的不新鲜,不好吃.(ps:UK的咸蛋简直是天价)

    5.2.3.4加到正在滚的粥里,放盐调味,马上可以出锅啦.

    6.葱是关键,切细,放在一边,每吃一碗就洒一次,千万别一起洒到锅里,因为如果你没吃完,洒过葱的粥再加热味道就差很多了.

    7.吃完洗碗,收拾残局......别偷懒!呵呵~

    苍狼好专业啊,不愧是广东人.油只是加少少许,炒过之后味道才会进去.难道你们都不加咸蛋么,我查了Google,也没人像我这样做,不过我爱吃咸蛋,呵呵~
    BTW,我觉得最好用新鲜的香菇,因为干的香菇只是香,不够甜,而新鲜的香菇则会让粥更加香甜.

    干的香菇不用炒, 先用一些热水泡开,在里面加入少许白糖钓味,拿起晾干切碎放入粥中和切好的瘦肉一起熬。味道会很好。。。 哈哈 广东吃法
